I do not understand how Republicans can change EVERYTHING when they get in power? Dems. had both houses and many governor seats and accomplished NOTHING> What gives? Where are our real leaders?

I agree with your politics, but not your religious rationalizations.

I do not believe in Bronze Age texts or whatever other interpretation one places on them in order to justify superstitions that surely the world should have overcome by now.

And by the way, radiometric dating ages the world at 4.57 billion years, during which 800 million years is a short period of time, not to mention the amount of time men have looked like they do today, about 300,000 years. And only an instant of Judaism, 5000 years. A geologic blink of the eye.
